Data Ownership & Customer Foundation Ink & Design collects profile information, employment history, responsibilities, quantifiable achievements, skills, and contact details strictly to build and maintain your customer-owned Career Vault. We do not sell, rent, or commercialize your personal career records. 2. Security & Single-User Identity Protection All career records are stored securely in Cloud Firestore with multi-tenant isolation behind Firebase Authentication. When an active paid Key is linked to your account, your verified name is protected via our 1-User Identity Lock to preserve record integrity. 3. AI Inference & Non-Training Guarantee Your Career Vault records and target job descriptions are processed transiently through secure API boundaries strictly to compute Role Fit Analysis and generate your requested documents. Your private career data is never used to train public machine learning models. 4. Third-Party Payment Processing Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Ink & Design does not store or process debit/credit card numbers or net banking credentials on our servers. 5. Data Retention & Deletion You may delete your Career Vault records or request complete account erasure at any time by contacting support@inkndesign.in.
